Privacy and cookie policy
Information provided under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to visitors of the website thelineofc.com.
Data controller
The data controller is AURA Entertainment S.r.l., with registered office at Via Daniele Crespi 1/BIS, 21052 Busto Arsizio (VA), Italy — VAT / Tax code IT04087760122. You can contact us at info@auraaudiovideo.com.
What data we process and why
The site has no contact forms or private areas and does not ask you to enter personal data. When you visit it, the systems that host it automatically record some technical browsing data, such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited and browser type. We use it only to run the site and protect it from abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and we keep it only for as long as strictly necessary. We do not use it to profile you.
To understand whether the site is fast and how many people visit it, we use Vercel Speed Insights and Vercel Web Analytics, which collect only technical, aggregated information (such as page views, loading times, device type, browser and country), without cookies and without identifying you.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies, neither technical nor profiling, and does not use advertising or profiling tools. For this reason there is no cookie banner.
Who we share data with
Technical data is processed by the hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which acts as our data processor (Vercel privacy policy). We do not sell or hand over data to anyone else. If the provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Links to other websites
The site links to external services, each an independent controller of the data you give them: tickets are bought on Xceed or TicketSMS, messages go through WhatsApp and our profile is on Instagram (Meta), and the map opens on Google Maps (Google). Their own privacy policies apply to that data.
Your rights
You can exercise at any time the rights provided by articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to info@auraaudiovideo.com: we will reply within one month. If you believe the processing violates the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
